Mardi Gras Madness Mardi Gras Madness ~ Entire Month Of February

The restaurant is fully decorated in green, gold & purple and dixieland jazz is playing proudly...that can mean one thing, our annual Mardi Gras Madness Celebration is in full swing.  This event will be running for the entire month of February so we hope we're able to see everyone at least once.  We will be handing out free Mardi Gras beads to all our guests and offering free beignets with any entree purchase!

2011 Restaurant Week Menu Stockton Restaurant Week ~ September 16th - 25th

 

We hope that everyone is able to come in an dine with us during Stockton Restaurant Week this year.  We will be open two additional evenings, Tuesday (20th) & Wednesday (21st) from 5pm-9pm to help accommodate everyone.  We are offering several new menu items such as a Shrimp Po' Boys and our new Jambalaya!

A Gelato Bar is the perfect dessert offering for any event. Your guests will be delighted to be served something unique and individual. Italians are known for their sophisticated taste in food. Our gelato does not need sugary mix-ins or heavy cream to give it the taste and elegance of Italy. Provide your guests with a memorable experience. You can offer three or more of your choice of flavors. Guests will be able to select their flavor preference, served in a cup or homemade designer cone. The gelato bar has a lit glass front that displays the gelato flavors beautifully.

Our Gelato: After learning the craft from gelato artisans, we are excited to bring frozen indulgences to your event. Our products are handmade from scratch using the finest natural ingredients. We blend local flavors, choosing the best that our area has to offer, such as pistachio, triple Ghirardelli chocolate, cinnamon bun with pecans or banana fosters. We also create seasonal flavors such as pumpkin, cranberry, eggnog and peppermint in the wintertime. Spring follows with delicate flavors such as mango-pineapple sorbetto, blood orange and pear, plus dozens more. Summer is bursting with fresh fruits from farmer’s markets to make lemon, watermelon, strawberry and raspberry. Our milk is all RGBH free. We use locally grown, hand-selected fruits and berries in season for our sorbettos. Free from heavy creams our gelato provides delicate and exotic flavors. Whereas traditional ice creams add air to increase volume, gelato’s extreme density gives intense flavor and a smooth, creamy texture, with 1/3 the fat. Our fruit sorbettos are dairy free with no fat, making them an ideal option for guests who are lactose intolerant or vegan. We also make sugar free chocolate, pistachio and hazelnut.
