Restaurant History: From taco trucks to Michelin starred restaurants, convention centers & diners I've worked my way around the world and have happily landed on the Miracle Mile.

Hobbies: Hiking!!!  Last year I walked over 1,000 miles through France & Spain on the Camino de Santiago.

Favorite Things: BBQ!!!  Nothing better than firing up the smoker and stacking up some ribs and brisket.

Favorite Midtown Crêperie Menu Item: Soc Au Lait with bananas & strawberries on a buckwheat crêpe and a cup of coffee.

Additional Comments: I'm really excited to be at Midtown and working on the Miracle Mile.  The sense of community is strong and I love how all the businesses work together.

Hobbies: Community service through the Masonic Family, Photography and spending time with my family.

Favorite Things: My wife Melissa & children Lexi (4) and Cameron (<1).

Favorite Midtown Crêperie Menu Item: I absolutely love the Dixieland topped with strawberry gelato!

Restaurant History: My first job at age 16 was working at the Radison Hotel in their banquet kitchen.  I then owned a health food restaurant. I then moved to work in a Japanese restaurant for seven years where I learned to roll sushi.  Most recently I worked at Taste of Brittany for three years before it closed it January of 2010.  I joined Midtown Crêperie shortly there after and have been here since we opened in June of 2010.

Hobbies: Spending time on my ranch with my horses and dogs, going to Stockton Thunder hockey games, gardening, cooking, being outdoors and participating in horse shows.

Favorite Things: My husband Vince, my dog Indy, my horses and all my animal kids.  Our ranch and ranch life, showing my horse, Stockton Thunder hockey, Italian food & good wine.

Favorite Midtown Crêperie Menu Item: The Neutral Ground crepe, the pesto rocks and it's vegetarian. Our new Red Bull Fusion drinks are my drink favorites.

Additional Comments: I love my job and being a part of Midtown Crêperie.  We have a wonderful bunch of regulars that bave become part of the Midtown family.  I really like the vision the owners have for this restaurant and love the energy of the Miracle Mile.  It's truly a pleasure to serve or guests...YOU'RE THE BEST!  Go Thunder!  Also...love, spay and neuter your pets!

Additional Comments: I've been with Midtown since we opened last June and I can honestly say that working here has introduced me to many interesting and special people whom I consider my "work family".  I am very proud to be part of such a unique team.
