Restaurant History: My first job at age 16 was working at the Radison Hotel in their banquet kitchen. I then owned a health food restaurant. I then moved to work in a Japanese restaurant for seven years where I learned to roll sushi. Most recently I worked at Taste of Brittany for three years before it closed it January of 2010. I joined Midtown Crêperie shortly there after and have been here since we opened in June of 2010.
Hobbies: Spending time on my ranch with my horses and dogs, going to Stockton Thunder hockey games, gardening, cooking, being outdoors and participating in horse shows.
Favorite Things: My husband Vince, my dog Indy, my horses and all my animal kids. Our ranch and ranch life, showing my horse, Stockton Thunder hockey, Italian food & good wine.
Favorite Midtown Crêperie Menu Item: The Neutral Ground crepe, the pesto rocks and it's vegetarian. Our new Red Bull Fusion drinks are my drink favorites.
Additional Comments: I love my job and being a part of Midtown Crêperie. We have a wonderful bunch of regulars that bave become part of the Midtown family. I really like the vision the owners have for this restaurant and love the energy of the Miracle Mile. It's truly a pleasure to serve or guests...YOU'RE THE BEST! Go Thunder!
